1. Definitions Used in These JL28 Terms

Account

The personal profile created by an eligible member to access JL28 products and hold an available PHP balance.

Member

A person who has successfully registered and whose JL28 account has not been permanently closed.

Wager

A confirmed stake placed on a sporting event, game, market, or other eligible outcome through JL28.

Bonus

Promotional value that may be subject to separate eligibility, wagering, expiry, game, and withdrawal restrictions.

Services

The games, markets, account features, payment tools, promotions, and support functions offered by JL28.

2. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You may register with JL28 only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are permitted to participate in online betting under the rules applicable where you are physically located. You must not use JL28 while located in an area where access or participation is prohibited.

Employees, contractors, game providers, and other connected persons may be restricted from wagering on events or products where they possess confidential information or could influence an outcome. JL28 may refuse registration or close an account where eligibility requirements are not met.

You must keep your details updated. JL28 is not responsible for notices or withdrawal delays caused by an outdated mobile number, email address, or payment record. We may merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and may void bonuses or wagers connected with deliberate multi-accounting.

4. Passwords, Devices, and Verification

You are responsible for protecting your JL28 username, password, one-time codes, and registered device. Do not share them with relatives, friends, agents, or anyone claiming to represent customer support. JL28 support will not ask you to disclose your full password.

If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and report the issue promptly. Until JL28 receives and acts on a valid report, transactions made through the correct login credentials may be treated as authorised. We may temporarily restrict access while reviewing suspicious activity.

Identity checks can occur during registration, before a large withdrawal, after a security alert, or whenever required for fraud prevention. Documents must be clear, valid, unaltered, and belong to the JL28 member. Refusing reasonable verification may delay transactions or result in account restrictions.

5. Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

JL28 supports eligible Philippine payment methods displayed in the cashier, which may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and qualifying Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability, minimum amounts, and processing times may vary.

Payment methods should normally be registered in the same legal name as the JL28 account. Third-party deposits, cash conversion arrangements, and transactions intended to conceal fund ownership are prohibited. A deposit does not guarantee immediate withdrawal if verification, turnover, chargeback, fraud, or security checks remain outstanding.

JL28 may correct duplicate credits, reversed payments, technical balance errors, or funds credited without a valid settlement. Withdrawal requests may be returned to the original deposit route where practical. Members remain responsible for entering correct payment details and checking transaction limits before confirming.

6. Placing and Accepting Wagers

Before submitting a bet, check the event, participant, start time, market, selection, stake, and displayed odds. A wager is accepted only when JL28 records it as confirmed. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not reserve the price, and odds may change before confirmation.

Internet delays, market suspension, device performance, and live-event timing can affect whether a wager is accepted. JL28 may reject, limit, or partially accept a stake according to risk controls, event conditions, member limits, or market availability. Never assume a failed loading screen means the bet was not accepted; review your bet history first.

Once confirmed, a JL28 wager generally cannot be cancelled merely because a member changed their mind. A cash-out option, if offered, is discretionary and may be suspended or removed at any time. The value shown can change until cash-out confirmation is complete.

7. Results, Settlement, and Obvious Errors

JL28 settles markets using official results and the applicable market rules. Basketball wagers may be determined by regulation time or include overtime depending on the market description. Football markets commonly use 90 minutes plus stoppage time unless extra time or penalties are expressly included.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or materially changed, wagers will be handled under the relevant sport or game rules. Some markets may stand where an outcome has already been unconditionally determined, while others may be voided and the stake returned.

An obvious error includes a clearly incorrect price, participant, handicap, total, settlement, or payout caused by a technical or human mistake. JL28 may correct or void an affected transaction and restore the account to the position that would reasonably have applied without the error. Members must not knowingly exploit incorrect odds or system faults.

8. Bonuses, Cashback, and Promotions

JL28 promotions may be restricted by account, household, device, payment method, location, date, sport, game, or member segment. A bonus may require a qualifying deposit, minimum odds, wagering turnover, maximum stake, or completion before a stated expiry time.

Bonus funds are not always immediately withdrawable. If a member withdraws before meeting the stated conditions, JL28 may remove the unused bonus and related promotional winnings. Abusive activity includes coordinated betting, opposite-side wagering, low-risk turnover designed only to unlock rewards, duplicate accounts, and manipulated referrals.

Promotion-specific conditions should be read before opting in. JL28 may withhold a reward, remove promotional value, or exclude a member from future offers where the published rules were not followed. Real-money balances not connected with misuse will be handled separately under the general account terms.

9. Prohibited and Unfair Activity

You must not use JL28 for fraud, money laundering, collusion, match manipulation, automated scraping, unauthorised commercial activity, payment abuse, or attempts to interfere with platform security. You must not use another person's identity, access another member's account, or submit altered verification documents.

Members may not exploit software defects, delayed data, incorrect settlements, or confidential event information. Bots, scripts, unauthorised automation, and tools designed to bypass limits or security controls are prohibited. JL28 may investigate linked accounts and preserve relevant records where suspicious conduct is detected.

Where misuse is reasonably established, JL28 may void affected wagers, recover improperly credited funds, restrict promotions, suspend access, or close the account. Where appropriate, relevant activity may be reported to payment providers or lawful authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

JL28 services are intended for entertainment. Members should set a budget, avoid borrowing to gamble, and never use money needed for rent, food, education, transport, bills, or family support. A losing session should not be followed by larger stakes intended to recover losses quickly.

Available controls may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, temporary cooling-off, and self-exclusion. Once a responsible gaming restriction is confirmed, JL28 will apply it according to the selected duration and applicable rules. Members must not attempt to bypass a restriction by creating another account.

11. Suspension, Closure, and Dormant Accounts

JL28 may suspend or close an account for security concerns, inaccurate details, prohibited conduct, chargebacks, duplicate registration, legal requirements, or a serious breach of these terms. Access may be restricted while an investigation is underway. Any undisputed withdrawable balance will be handled after necessary checks.

Accounts that remain unused for an extended period may be classified as dormant. JL28 may contact the member, require renewed verification, or apply the dormant-account procedure disclosed at that time. Members should withdraw unused funds and keep contact details current.

12. Availability, Liability, and Updates

JL28 works to keep services available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, network problems, third-party data interruptions, device faults, or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect games, payments, odds, or account functions.

To the extent permitted by applicable rules, JL28 is not responsible for indirect losses caused by a member's device, internet connection, incorrect payment details, shared credentials, or failure to review a confirmed wager. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

JL28 may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect product changes, security needs, payment requirements, or applicable standards. Material updates may be announced on the platform. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised version, so please review this page regularly.
